A low immune system is often from poor lifestyle practices and years of neglect of the body. Often deficiencies are involved without proper nutrition. Toxins also contribute to a weaker system. Parasites, yeast, and other microbes will also stress our system.
Most people often have an excess of EMF radiation from all our electronic devices, WiFi, 5G, and technology. This inhibits intracellular communication, reduces the cells ability to get nutrients IN and toxins OUT.
Understand the different parts of the Immune System:
The Lymph Nodes – Send lymph fluid to trap bacteria and viruses. You have THREE times More lymphatic fluid than you do blood! So if you have an average of 15 pints of blood, you have 45 pints of Lymphatic fluid. It does not have a muscle to pump it, but it relies on UP and DOWN movement to move the fluid.
Two types of White Blood Cells – Lymphocytes and Phagocytes. Find, target and destroy pathogens.
Tonsils and Thymus - create antibodies to protect your body and help you recover faster.
Bone Marrow – produces red and white blood cells, and platelets to help protect you.
Spleen – Filters blood, helps destroy bacteria
Gut Health – Toxins and poor intestinal flora is a MAJOR problem for your immune system, as well as gut health. If you have taken antibiotics in the past 5-10 years, you may have poor gut flora – all the GOOD bacteria lining the intestines to eliminate bad bacteria and other organisms. The human body has over 100 trillion bacteria living on it or in it. It protects you, helps you stay in balance, unless that balance is disturbed. If you’ve had antibiotics in the last 5-10 years, you may still need to restore that balance. It can take 5-10 years to do so.

Autoimmune Disorders
• They result from an imbalance in the white blood cells in the body. Under normal circumstances, your immune system protects you from viruses and bacteria. As soon as it detects these invasive pathogens, it’ll send out a battalion of cells to wipe them off the face of the earth.
• Any healthy immune system has no trouble differentiating between your own cells and those that are invading. That said, for those with autoimmune disease, the immune system will think that the skin, joints, or another part of your body are actually a foreign entity.
• It then releases proteins that will attack these healthy cells since they are under the impression that they are invasive pathogens

You can easily make pickled garlic by placing skinned cloves in a jar and fill it with vinegar! Can sit for weeks and be eaten anytime. A few drops can be used fro ear infections too.
Good 'old Ginger! Ayurvedic medicine has praised ginger's ability to boost the immune system and ease digestive complaints. It is warming tot he body and effective at helping break down the accumulation of toxins in your organs that make you susceptible to viral, fungal, and bacterial infections. It also helps cleanse the lymphatic system, our body's sewer system to cleanse the blood. It is a natural remedy used for nausea, pain alleviation, anti-inflammatory, even diabetes.
Lemon-Ginger Tea can be made by adding several slices of fresh ginger and the juice of 1/2 a lemon to a cup of hot water, and add honey to taste.
Licorice Root is another prominent herb in the search for treatment of hepatitis C, HIV, Influenza, and Herpes. The Chinese Journal of Virology published a review confirming it antiviral activity, and noted it's antioxidant and immuno-stimulating effects. It's been used as a natural sore throat remedy, used for ulcers, leaky gut, and helps with adrenal fatigue.
Doing a 'steam-inhalation' at least once a day is an excellent way to kill off any virus or cold, and congestion. Boil a pot or kettle of hot water. Pour into a bowl and cover your head with a towel to breathe in the hot steam. Use just a couple of drops of either Thyme essential oil, or eucalyptus, or even lavender. They are very small particles which you can breathe into the nose as well as mouth and lungs. The heat, moisture, and oils are an excellent way to kill off a virus. After a few minutes, blow your nose, add some more hot water and repeat 2-3 times.
Essential oils of these and other herbs can be used for their antiviral benefits with 3-5 drops diffused in the home, school, or office. You can add some to a warm bath, or mix in a carrier oil to apply directly to the skin.
